The Dublin Region Homeless Executive is provided by Dublin City Council as the lead local authority in the response to homelessness in Dublin
and adopts a shared service approach across South Dublin County Council, Fingal County Council and Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council.

The vision of the future is one where everyone has access to a choice of appropriate accommodation and support services that enable them to meet their housing needs and enjoy sustainable social inclusion.




The purpose of settlement services is to work alongside people who are homeless to enable them to optimise their independence and obtain appropriate accommodation and supports.
