It is very clear that we need significant change in the way that support services are delivered and also an increase in the availability of housing options in order to support people out of emergency accommodation. The Partnership are committed to increasing the quality and effectiveness of core homeless services and will only implement changes in the delivery of services subject to agreement with service providers and will not decommission a service without ensuring that an alternative is in place for people who are accessing their service.
