The Dublin Region Homeless Executive is provided by Dublin City Council as the lead local authority in the response to homelessness in Dublin
and adopts a shared service approach across South Dublin County Council, Fingal County Council and Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council.

  • This service is for persons from the Dublin City Council Area.

    Clients who are not from the Dublin City Council area should contact the relevant office in their area. See the main services map for details.
  • Individuals/families that have never stayed in homeless accommodation before should present to Parkgate Hall where they will meet with a staff member who will help them to assess their accommodation options.Individuals/families who have previously stayed in homeless accommodation and have presented to CPS and completed their housing and support needs assessment should call the HOMELESS HELPLINE 1800 707 707 between 2pm – 4pm / 4.30 pm – 1am. The HELPLINE will assess their options and possible need for temporary accommodation.

    Individuals/families who have not completed a housing and support needs assessment and have previously stayed/are currently in temporary accommodation should call the HOMELESS HELPLINE 1800 707 707 between 2pm – 4pm or ask their key worker to arrange an appointment for them.
