The Dublin Region Homeless Executive is provided by Dublin City Council as the lead local authority in the response to homelessness in Dublin
and adopts a shared service approach across South Dublin County Council, Fingal County Council and Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council.

Access Housing Unit (AHU)

  • **Clinic in Dublin City Council, Wood Quay every Tuesday from 10.00-12.30pm and 1.30-4pm** The AHU increases availability of private rented accommodation by sourcing suitable landlords, accompanying potential tenants on viewings and helping to arrange deposits and rent supplement. The Unit helps ensure sustainable tenancies by providing a post-settlement support service provided by the referrer or a third party, and by helping to mediate disputes between landlord and tenant.
